Salma Hayek announced the 57th annual Golden Globe nominations at
the Beverly Hilton Hotel in California on Dec. 20, while wearing the
15-carat Ashford Diamond, valued in excess of $1.5-million, to help
raise money for two charities: the Venice Family Clinic and the
Friends of Mexico for the Disaster in Veracruz.

announcing the nominations for this year's Golden Glove award
recipients this morning at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills,
California. The 15- carat Ashford Diamond, valued in excess of $1.5
million, is a flawless, colorless, pear-shaped diamond of the highest
caliber. This morning it made yet another celebrity appearance on Ms.
Hayek's hand to help raise money for two charities: the Venice Family
Clinic and the Friends of Mexico for the Disaster in Veracruz.
